A skill-based technical training program aimed at empowering local youth with practical knowledge of electrical appliance repair. The program is designed as a gender-neutral technical training, encouraging both men and women to participate. The course also prepares participants for the CTEVT Level-1 examination.
The training will be followed by a 7-day AC Installation Course and a 15-day Fridge and AC Repair Workshop, further strengthening the participants’ technical capabilities.

  35 youth participants, primarily from the Bakhri community, including 14 women, who will gain technical skills in electrical appliance repair and maintenance.

With certification opportunities through CTEVT and advanced modules like AC installation and repair, participants can start small service businesses or work with existing technical service providers. Continued collaboration with Chaudhary Foundation and local institutions can also enable similar skill-development programs in the future.
