Beneficiaries

Women selling vegetables and roasted corn on footpaths in Biratnagar, including a few women who had approached the Laingik Hinsa Samiti for support to start earning through vegetable vending.

Impact/Outcome

The umbrellas provide protection from the scorching summer sun and upcoming monsoon rains, enabling vendors to work safely and maintain their daily income.

Durable umbrellas help vendors continue their small businesses in all seasons, supporting stable livelihoods and self-reliance.
