Speciality :

The project addresses the critical need for safe and clean drinking water at a high footfall public area. The installation provides free, filtered drinking water to travelers, taxi drivers, airport staff, and the general public.

Impact/Outcome

Rotary branding and project signage to increase visibility of Rotary’s service  impact in the community

Estimated 400-600 people per day using drinking water

* Reduces risk of water-borne diseases by providing safe drinking water in a public space.

* Saves daily water purchase costs for drivers and low-income travelers

Sustainability – MOU for uninterrupted water and electricity supply along with place and service

maintenance signed with Airport Authority .

Also taxi union agreed for basic care and safety of the equipments.
