Students learned to recognize stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalances, and gained practical techniques for self-care, mindfulness, and building mental resilience.

Sustainability:

The session promoted long-term mental wellbeing by encouraging students to practice healthy coping strategies and seek timely support. It strengthens ongoing school and Rotary initiatives in youth mental health.
