Specialty

This project focused on nurturing creativity, imagination, and self-expression among primary school students through structured art and craft classes. A unique feature of the project was youth-led teaching, where children of Rotary members themselves contributed as volunteer teachers, promoting leadership, empathy, and service values.

Support

The project was supported by the Rotary Club through coordination and facilitation. The school administration provided space and full cooperation. Special appreciation goes to the volunteer Children who were teachers, and dedicated their time and skills to conduct engaging sessions.

Sustainability

The skills learned during the sessions will remain with students long-term. Art activities can be continued by school teachers using low-cost materials. The youth-volunteer model is easily replicable, encouraging ongoing engagement and future mentoring programs.
