Specialty

A vocational training initiative aimed at equipping youth with employable skills in the coffee and hospitality industry. The program covered coffee basics, bean identification, espresso machine operation, beverage preparation, hygiene standards, and customer service. The training was complemented by hands-on practical exposure through an internship at a local café.

Upon successful completion of a one-month internship, employment opportunities were offered to the trainees by Red Mud Café, strengthening the program’s job linkage component.
