Seva Ko Sirakh combined winter relief with emotional inclusion, celebrating the New Year with inmates by ensuring warmth, nourishment, and a sense of belonging. The project emphasized dignity, care, and shared joy rather than charity alone. The project also strengthened Rotary visibility and identity, as all quilts distributed were specially stitched with printed club logos, reflecting pride, ownership, and continuity of service.
