Rotaractors who were final year medical students conducted the examinations. 4 Rotarians,10 Rotractors and helpers assisted with registration, measurements, counselling and meal service.

– Awareness: 95 % reported increased knowledge about risk factors and early detection.

Conclusion
The health screening camp successfully reached 88 elderly participants, identified several undiagnosed chronic conditions, and reinforced community bonds by serving a wholesome meal. The model is replicable and, with continued support, will sustainably improve the health and morale of Biratnagar’s senior population.
