Total Course Fee: NPR 1,00,000
(Each participant: NPR 20,000)

Beneficiaries:
Five women nominated by Biratnagar Metropolitan City, belonging to economically and socially underprivileged backgrounds, seeking vocational skills for employment or entrepreneurship in the hospitality sector.

Impact/Outcome:

This initiative will:

• Provide professional coffee-making and customer service training
• Enable women to gain café work experience through internship
• Open avenues for job placement or self-employment
• Strengthen collaboration between Rotary and Biratnagar Metropolitan City for community upliftment
• Contribute to long-term economic empowerment of women through practical skill-building

Sustainability:
The trained women are expected to gain permanent employment within the hospitality industry or start small ventures of their own. Future batches may be continued based on the success of this model in partnership with local cafés and municipal bodies.
