Training On Making Reusable Cloth Pad

Disposable sanitary pads are very expensive to procure.Hence,Rotary Club of Biratnagar Downtown organized a training program on making reusable cloth pads for 35 rural marginalised women and girls of adopted village,Kharji. These pads can be used for 6 months to 1 year.This program will not only help the marginalised community to save money spent on disposable pads every month,but also this training program will make them self-reliant as they can make and sell the pads.Miss Nanjin Khatoon and Miss Prakriti Koirala from Mahendra Morang Adarsh Multiple campus were the trainers.
