RC of Biratnagar Downtown distributed 10 wheel chairs to under privileged people with disabilities of RCC Bakhri, Barjugaon and Budhanagar.It was done in association with The Cao Zhong Zhi Foundation ,Taipei, , RI District 352. This project will improve the mobility of the disabled thus increasing their independence.
