Beat the Heat – Sharing Care with Panchali Sanskrit Vidyalaya Students

Specialty

A simple yet meaningful seasonal service activity aimed at providing relief and comfort to residential students staying away from their families during the intense summer heat. The project combined fellowship, compassion, and community care.

With temperatures soaring, Rotary Club of Biratnagar Downtown organized a refreshment program for the students of Panchali Sanskrit Vidyalaya. The club served chilled Thandai along with fresh mangoes to approximately 80 residential students residing at the Vidyalaya.

The initiative was undertaken to help the students beat the summer heat and to convey Rotary’s care and concern for their well-being. Club members and family members participated in the activity, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere for the students.
