This project focused on leadership development and youth empowerment by sponsoring two Rotaractors to participate in district-level Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) programs. The initiative provided young leaders with opportunities to enhance their leadership skills, build networks, and gain exposure to Rotary values and service opportunities.

  • Support Provided: Registration sponsorship for both participants
  • Total Budget: NPR 10,000

Support:

• Registration fees for both participants were sponsored by the club.
• Collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Noble Hospitaland Rotaract Club of Biratnagar Downtown facilitated participant selection and engagement.
• District RYLA organizers provided leadership training, networking opportunities, and experiential learning sessions.

  • Two Rotaractors directly benefited from the leadership development programs.
